So as I guessed Stardoll said NO, they will not help me. They gave my account back, but eh...it's empty of all my rares...
I am really sick of this...is anyone else? Why is it that they want us to spend tons of money on this site and then do not back up their products. I mean its virtual. It does not cost them anything to replace these items.
This hacker "cup45_x" took 28 pages worth of items that I can see. LE , 1st season DKNY, LOTTERY DRESSES, MKA RC, PAULINA RC, McQUEEN WINNER DRESS.. Who know what else is missing. I still ask how they can do this, when I have never been able to see these items eligible for sale and Stardoll supposedly made it that way.
Stardoll can clearly see where the trail goes....GIVE IT BACK. It's really simple and should be a no brainer!

I constantly hear all the time how people were hacked and stardoll will not help. I always try to give any helpful advice, but in the end it's up to Stardoll.
But I thought... WHY? We all have these blogs. All over the world we have the ability to reach each other and we need to fight back. Stardoll needs to develop better customer service practices and we have the power to say we are not going to keep paying money to this site that doesn't give 2 craps about us! They want us to be loyal paying members, but...

yes I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but from what I am hearing stardoll does not care anymore.
